Pravin Dhamanse
Managing Director
Pravin is the founder of Grenesys and has an MBA in Marketing and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. In the initial period of the company, Pravin carried out multiple business and product development tasks leading his team.
With a career spanning over 20+ years, Pravin is now a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing, development and business solutions to the HVAC industry.
Over the years, he has been associated with some of the most prestigious HVAC companies such as Carrier Aircon LTD., LG Electronics PVT. LTD., Trane India PVT. LTD., Snehal AC & R Engg. PVT. LTD., and Daikin Air Conditioning India PVT. LTD.
Amit Puranik
Director
Amit is the procurement and logistics director of Grenesys. He also manages the HR & IT department of the organization. Amit has been in the HVAC business for over 24 years, which gave him enough experience in product manufacture, sourcing, and supply management.
Apart from this, Amit also sees over the customer service operations in the firm to ensure all operations are adhering to the safety procedures in place. Making sure the employees are being proactive rather than reactive.
Over the years, Amit has worked with some of the leading HVAC firms in India, including Blue Star Limited and Voltas. Apart from these, he has also been associated with Godrej, Boyce, and Saint Gobain.
Shrikant Dighe
Director
Srikant is a design and system execution specialist. Over the course of 26+ years working in the field, he has established himself as an industry expert working on large scale and complex projects leading the design, concept and execution stages of their operations.
Many of his large scale operations include airports, hospitals, institutions, industries, pharmaceuticals, and mixed used large facilities.
Due to his expertise in the field, several large scale international HVAC contractors such as Sterling & Wilson, L&T, Shapoorji Pallongi Group, and Mott McDonald consultant have associated with him.
